Joint Director (Administration and Finance) on transfer on deputation including short term contract from
officers employed with the Central / State Government / Autonomous organizations of the Government.
Pay Scale: Rs.12000-375-16500 Age :The maximum age limit for appointment by transfer on deputation (including short-term contract) should not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications as per DOP&T OM No. AB-14017/48/92-Estt. (RR) dated 17.11.1992.
Eligibility and Essential Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with 10 years administrative experience in a managerial capacity with sound knowledge of Govt. administrative and financial Rules and Regulations and Office Procedure in Govt./Semi Govt./autonomous organization of Government.
Incumbents holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 5 years’ regular service in the post in the pay scale of Rs.10,000-325-15,200 in the Govt./Semi-Govt./autonomous organizations of Government and possessing qualifications and experience as prescribed above are eligible to apply. The eligible departmental candidates can also apply for deputation. In case he/she is selected, he/she will be appointed on a tenure of three years extendable by maximum one year. Person appointed on deputation will be eligible for such pay and allowances as are admissible under standard terms and conditions of deputation.

Eligibility and Essential Qualifications: i) A Master’s degree from a recognized university ii) Proficiency in Malayalam Language iii)Good knowledge of the literary scene of the specified language iv) Working knowledge of English or Hindi v) 5 years experience in editing, translating proof reading and book production.
Candidates fulfilling the Qualifications and experience as per above and willing to be considered against this purely temporary/short term vacancy due to deputation of the regular incumbent may apply. The purely temporary appointee will be liable to be terminated at any time and the vacancy will not in any case last longer than three years.
